We use the information you send to schedule and confirm appointments by text, email or phone, to check vision benefits you ask us to verify, to answer your questions and to improve this website. We do not sell your information.

Health information

Please don’t send detailed medical information through our website forms. Once you become a patient, your health information is kept in our records system and handled as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the front desk or by request.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the practice, such as our scheduling, texting and website hosting providers, and with your vision plan when you ask us to check coverage, or when the law requires it.
