Appointments

Online requests are not confirmed until we contact you. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another patient.

Prices

Prices on this website are in U.S. dollars, before insurance, and may change. We confirm the price of your exam, frames and lenses before anything is ordered.

Glasses and contact lens orders

If your new prescription lenses don’t feel right within 60 days, we’ll re-check your prescription and measurements and remake the lenses if needed
Frames can be exchanged within 30 days in resalable condition
Contact lens boxes can be returned unopened within 30 days
Frame adjustments are free for as long as you own your glasses
